Plow & Harvest was a fast-casual, farm-to-table concept based in Alberta, Canada born out of the idea from Joe Ricketts, the founder and former CEO / chairman of TD Ameritrade.

The concept was farm-fresh comfort food (locally-sourced during the harvest season) where you place the order at the counter, sit down anywhere, then wait for your food to be delivered. This experience was new to locals, plus the partial American crew was new to the long dining and drinking experience of Canadians.

Over the course of four jam-packed months, including attending the soft opening, we created the whole campaign from concept to completion. The work consisted of a large mood board pitch deck, logo design, various menus in both print and digital, website design, twitter background and header, social media profile graphics, handout cards, business cards, uniforms, interior wall décor, exterior signage, water bottles, bag and jar labels, PR collateral, and food photoshoots!

It was intense and magically creative. Sadly, the America fast-casual dining experience did not take on in Canada, therefore the restaurant was unsuccessful and Mr. Ricketts closed it after 3 months in operation. However, it was an amazing experience all around.
