Meissner, CRES / San Diego, CA
Objective
Create a modern, elevated brand identity for Meissner CRES that reflects the company’s evolution, expanded services, and client-centered approach.
-
After 28 years, Meissner-Jacquét had evolved from a single-service property management company into a full-service commercial real estate enterprise. Following cofounder Jerry Jacquét’s retirement, the company became Meissner CRES and needed a new identity to reflect both the name change and the business it had grown into.
The existing brand also needed to be elevated to better represent Meissner’s expanded services and more client-centered, integrated approach.
-
After our Brand Discovery Workshop with the Meissner team, we were able to define a more modern, refined direction that reflected Meissner’s growth and expanded services, while staying true to their core beliefs and mission.
The new identity centers on an abstract architectural mark composed of dimensional forms—representing both the built environment and the company’s multifaceted approach. A sophisticated color palette, typography, and supporting brand elements completed the transformation and created a flexible foundation for the company moving forward.

“Over the years, I’ve been approached many times about selling or merging. The more I thought about it, the more I was committed to creating a legacy brand and keeping the business private and in local hands. Today, I’m excited to say that Meissner is here to stay for the long run fueled by our new brand and with sights set on future growth.”
